1. No Returns After Shipment
All sales are final once an order has shipped; we do not accept returns. As a small operation with limited inventory and carrying capacity, re-intake and restocking costs would force higher prices and slower releases. Thank you for understanding.

2. Cancellation Before Shipment
Need to cancel? Submit the Contact form before you receive shipping confirmation. Include your order number. If the order has not left our facility, we will cancel and issue a refund within three business days.

3. Response Commitment
We reply to all Contact form submissions within 24 hours (business or weekend).

4. Order Accuracy Checklist (Before You Buy)
Please confirm:

  • Item, size, and variant.

  • Shipping address and recipient details.

  • Payment method readiness.
    Correcting issues pre-shipment is the surest way to avoid missed cancellations.

5. Order Issues on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, use the Contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photos and your order number. We will review and, if the issue is on our side, arrange an appropriate remedy (replacement or credit, case dependent).
